Social That Brings Enquiries, Not Just Followers
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn planned around your business calendar and the moments your customers actually buy in — designed, written, published and answered by one team.
- Calendar approved before the month starts
- Design and copy produced in-house
- Measured on enquiries, not likes
Platforms And Formats We Manage

Posting Daily Is Not a Strategy
Plenty of businesses publish something every single day and get nothing back except a slowly growing follower count. The posts are generic, they go out on days when nobody in the category is buying, and no one ever answers the question sitting in the direct messages.
We plan the other way round. What is your business actually trying to sell this quarter, which weeks does demand spike, what do customers ask before they commit — then the calendar gets built to serve that. Consistency matters, but only once the content has a job.
See how we workThree Platforms, Three Different Jobs
We do not repost the same square image to all three and call it a presence. Each platform gets content shaped for how people use it.
- Reels for reach — short, vertical, useful or human, hooked in the first two seconds
- Carousels for explaining a process, comparing options or answering a common objection
- Stories for behind-the-scenes, polls, offers and reminders that keep you in the daily rotation
- A tidy bio, link and highlights so a curious visitor can enquire without hunting
- Best fit for retail, D2C, food, fitness, salons, real estate, clinics and anything visual
- Still the widest reach in most Indian towns and cities outside the metros
- Offers, events, new locations and festival campaigns, where sharing does real work
- Longer captions and community posts that would feel out of place on Instagram
- Page kept complete and responsive — hours, address, services, messaging enabled
- The natural home for reviews, recommendations and local groups
- For B2B, professional services, education, recruitment and high-value considered purchases
- Company page plus, where you are willing, posts from the founder's own profile
- Point-of-view posts, project notes, hiring updates and plain-language expertise
- Written for a decision-maker skimming between meetings, not for an algorithm
- Slower to compound than Instagram, but the enquiries are usually worth far more
Built Around Your Calendar, and India's
A content plan that ignores when your customers actually buy is just decoration.
Your Business Calendar
Launches, new branches, seasonal services, exam intakes, end-of-quarter pushes, slow months that need filling. We ask for the next quarter's plan and build content backwards from it.
Festival & Seasonal Moments
Diwali, Navratri, Eid, Ganesh Chaturthi, Onam, Pongal, Raksha Bandhan, New Year, wedding season, monsoon and the back-to-school rush — planned weeks ahead, and only where the occasion genuinely fits what you sell.
Regional Reality
City, language and audience matter. A Hindi or Gujarati caption where that is how your customers speak, a regional festival the national calendar skips, local landmarks and references that signal you are actually from there.
Content Pillars
Usually four or five recurring themes — proof of work, education, offers, people, and answers to frequent questions — so the feed has variety without a new idea having to be invented every week.
Questions From Sales
The questions your team answers on the phone twenty times a week are the best content briefs you will ever get. We mine them, and turn each into a carousel or reel that does the answering for you.
What Last Month Proved
Every plan starts by looking at what performed. Formats that earned saves, shares and profile visits get more room; the ones that quietly did nothing get dropped rather than repeated out of habit.
How a Month of Social Actually Runs
The same repeatable loop every month, so you always know what is coming and when your approval is needed.
Plan & Calendar
In the last week of the previous month we build the calendar: themes, formats, dates, occasions and any campaign running alongside. You get it as a simple document showing what posts on which day, and you approve or change it before production starts.
Produce
Design and copy get made together, not separately. Graphics and reel edits in your brand colours and fonts, captions written for the platform, a clear call to action on every post, and hashtags chosen per post rather than pasted from a saved block.
Approve & Publish
Finished posts go to you for a final look, with a sensible cut-off so nothing publishes late. Then everything is scheduled at the times your audience is actually active, and stories are posted through the month around what is happening.
Engage
Comments and direct messages are monitored on business days, general questions answered within a few working hours, and anything that is a genuine sales enquiry passed straight to you. We also engage outward — replying in local groups and on relevant accounts.
Amplify
Around the middle of the month we look at what is outperforming organically and put a small budget behind it, targeted at the right city and audience. Boosting what has already proved itself beats guessing at a new ad from scratch.
Report & Re-plan
Profile visits, link clicks, enquiries from direct messages, saves and shares, and any social-attributed leads in GA4 — in the same monthly report as every other channel. What we learn feeds directly into next month's calendar.
What Gets Made, and How
Reels and short video
Shot from material you supply or filmed on your phone to a shot list we send, then edited with captions burned in — most people watch on mute. Hook in the first two seconds, one idea per reel, and a clear next step at the end. This is where organic reach still lives on Instagram and Facebook.
Carousels
The format that earns saves. Best used for explaining how something works, comparing options honestly, walking through a project, or answering the objection that stops people buying. Designed as a sequence with a reason to swipe, not five slides of the same template.
Stories
Lower production, higher frequency: work in progress, arrivals, polls, countdowns, question stickers and reshares of customer posts. Stories keep you visible on the days there is no feed post, and question stickers are a reliable source of content ideas.
Static posts and graphics
Offers, announcements, quotes from your own team, service explainers and festival greetings. Built in your brand colours and fonts so the grid looks like one business rather than five different designers. Real photos of your premises, people and work wherever they exist — we never present stock as yours.
Captions and copy
Written in plain language, in English or your customers' regional language where that is how they speak. Each caption opens with a line that earns the tap on "more", and ends with a specific action — call, WhatsApp, direct message, or a link. Longer-form content gets repurposed here rather than written twice.
Hashtags and discovery
A working set per account: a few broad category tags, more mid-size ones where you can realistically be seen, local city and neighbourhood tags, and a branded tag of your own. Refreshed as performance shifts. Useful, but a smaller lever than the format and the first two seconds — anyone promising reach from hashtags alone is selling you something.
How We Judge Whether It Is Working
Follower count is the easiest number to grow and the least useful to report. These are the ones we lead with.
Headline
Profile to Enquiry
Profile visits, link clicks, direct messages that became real conversations, and the leads GA4 attributes to social. This is the chain that ends in revenue, and it is the first thing in the social section of your report.
Early signal
Saves and Shares
A save means someone intends to come back to it; a share means they'll put their own name behind it. Both predict enquiries far better than likes, and both tell us which content pillar deserves more of next month.
Context
Reach and Followers
Reported, because growth and audience quality matter over a year. Never used as the headline, and never used to hide a month where nothing reached the business.
What we will not do
Buy Followers or Engagement
No purchased followers, no engagement pods, no bot comments. They inflate a number your bank does not recognise and they teach the platform to show your posts to people who will never buy.
Social sits in the same monthly report as SEO and paid, so you can compare channels honestly — see analytics and reporting.
Where Social Fits With Everything Else
Google & Meta Ads
Organic tells us which creative earns attention for free. That is the cheapest possible research for what to put paid budget behind.

How many posts do you publish in a month?
It depends on the plan and the platform, but a typical engagement runs somewhere between twelve and twenty pieces a month across formats, with stories on top. We would rather publish fewer strong posts than fill a calendar with filler, and the exact mix is agreed before the month starts.
Do you write the captions and design the creative, or do we?
We do both. You get finished posts — design, caption, hashtags and call to action — laid out in a calendar for approval before anything goes live. If you have an in-house designer or brand guidelines we work inside them instead of imposing our own look.
Will you use our photos, or stock images?
Your own photos and video always perform better, so we ask for them and give you a simple shot list of what to capture on your phone. Where real material does not exist we use licensed stock or designed graphics, but we never pass stock off as your premises, team or work.
Do you reply to comments and direct messages?
Yes. We monitor comments and direct messages on business days and reply to general questions within a few working hours, using an agreed tone and a set of approved answers. Anything that is a real sales enquiry, a complaint or a pricing question is passed straight to you rather than answered on your behalf.
How do you measure whether social media is working?
By what it sends to the business, not by follower count. We track profile visits, link clicks, direct messages that turn into enquiries, and any leads that GA4 attributes to social, alongside saves and shares as an early signal that content is landing. Follower growth is reported, but it is never the headline number.
