Digital Marketing Services, Measured in Enquiries
Six service lines covering search, paid, social, content, and measurement — run by one team, on a month-to-month engagement, and reported in a single document that opens with your lead count.
Every Marketing Budget Is Really Paying for Three Jobs
Whatever a channel is called, it is doing one of three things. Working out which of the three is currently failing is usually more useful than adding another platform.
1. Get Found
- Rank for the searches your buyers actually type before they buy
- Appear in Google Maps and the local pack when someone nearby is ready
- Publish content that answers the questions asked before a purchase
2. Get Leads
- Search and social campaigns judged on cost per qualified enquiry
- Landing pages written for one action, not a general brochure
- Remarketing aimed at the people who came close and left
3. Prove It Worked
- Conversion tracking set up properly in GA4, not guessed at
- Form fills, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries all counted as conversions
- One monthly report covering every channel side by side

Six Services, One Set of Numbers
The usual arrangement is an SEO vendor, an ads freelancer, and a social agency who each report on their own favourite metric and never speak to one another. Nobody can say which channel produced the enquiry, so nobody can say what to cut.
We run every channel off the same tracking setup and the same keyword research. Search terms that convert in the ad account become SEO targets. Objections that turn up in social comments become content briefs. Ad creative gets tested on paid before it goes anywhere near the organic calendar. That crossover is the main reason to keep the work in one place.
See how an engagement runsHow the Services Stack Into One Engagement
A full-funnel engagement means each service is accountable for a different stage, and the report shows you where people are dropping out.
Awareness — SEO, content, organic social
They have the problem but have not started shortlisting. Judged on rankings, impressions, and assisted conversions, not direct leads.
Consideration — landing pages, remarketing, proof
You are on the list and being compared. Judged on return visits, time on service pages, and remarketing engagement.
Intent — search ads, local SEO, Business Profile
They are ready and typing a buying query. Judged on cost per click and impression share for the terms that matter.
Enquiry — form, call, WhatsApp
The line your monthly report opens with, broken down by channel and cost per lead.
Most engagements do not begin with all four stages funded. We usually start where the leak is worst and widen from there as the reporting justifies it.
Choosing the First Channel
The right starting point depends far more on your situation than on which channel is fashionable this year. These are the three cases we see most often.
You Need Enquiries This Month
- Start with Google Search ads on high-intent terms, and conversion tracking before a single rupee is spent
- Expect movement in 2–4 weeks, because you are renting demand that already exists
- The trade-off: cost per lead stays roughly flat, and enquiries stop the month the spend stops
- Best when cash flow is tight, a season is closing, or you need proof the offer converts at all
You Are Building an Asset
- Start with technical SEO and a content plan aimed at the questions asked before a purchase
- Expect 3–6 months before rankings turn into steady traffic, and longer in crowded categories
- The trade-off: slow to start, but cost per lead falls over time instead of staying flat
- Best when margins allow patience and you sell something people research before buying
You Depend on People Nearby
- Start with Google Business Profile, listing consistency, and a routine for collecting reviews
- Expect map pack movement in roughly 4–8 weeks once the profile and citations are cleaned up
- The trade-off: it only works inside your catchment, so it caps out and needs a second channel beside it
- Best for clinics, showrooms, restaurants, salons, and any trade serving a defined radius
There is a fourth case — a considered purchase where people need convincing over several weeks. That one usually starts with content and paid social together, with remarketing carrying the middle. We will tell you which case you are in during the free review.
How Work Actually Starts
The same four steps whether you take one service or all six.
Free Marketing Review
We go through your site, any live ad accounts, your Google Business Profile, and whatever tracking exists, then tell you where the fastest wins are — before you commit to anything.
Strategy & Channel Plan
A written plan naming the channels, splitting the budget between them, setting the targets we will be judged on, and stating what we are deliberately not doing yet.
Launch & Optimize
Tracking goes in first, then campaigns and content go live. After that it is a weekly rhythm of search term review, creative testing, and page fixes driven by the data.
Monthly Reporting
One report across every channel: enquiries, cost per lead, what changed, what we learned, and what we intend to do next month — then a call to talk it through.
Questions About the Services
Can I hire you for just one service, or do I have to take everything?
Every service on this page is available on its own. Most clients start with one or two channels, watch the reporting for a couple of months, and add more only when the numbers justify it. Nothing here is bundled by force.
Is the ad spend included in your fee?
No. Your media budget is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account, and our management fee is invoiced separately. That way you can always see what went to media and what went to management.
How quickly does each service start showing results?
Paid search and paid social usually produce measurable enquiries in the first 2–4 weeks. Local SEO tends to move within 4–8 weeks once the Google Business Profile and listings are cleaned up. Organic SEO and content are slower, typically 3–6 months before ranking movement turns into steady traffic.
Who owns the ad accounts, the website and the analytics data?
You do. We work inside your own Google Ads, Meta Business, GA4 and Search Console accounts wherever they exist, and anything we create for you stays yours if the engagement ends.
What does a realistic monthly budget look like?
It depends on the channel mix and how competitive your market is, so we quote after the free review rather than before it. The budget bands on our enquiry form cover most of the small and mid-sized engagements we run, and we will tell you plainly if a channel is not worth starting at the budget you have.
Do I need a new website before any of this will work?
Not always. If the site is slow, unclear, or has no working enquiry form, we will say so in the free review, because sending paid traffic to a page that does not convert wastes the budget. Often a handful of fixes to the existing site is enough to start.
Not Sure Which Service You Need First?
That is exactly what the free review is for. We look at what you are running, tell you where the leak is, and recommend one place to start — even when that is not with us.
