Three Things That Are Easy to Get Wrong About Agency Pricing

We would rather say this loudly on a public page than have you discover it on your first invoice.

Ad Spend Is Billed Separately

None of the prices above include a single rupee of advertising budget. You add your own card to your own Google Ads and Meta Business accounts, and those platforms bill you directly. We never mark up media, never take a percentage of spend, and never hold your budget. You see exactly what was spent, on the platform's own invoice, in your own name.

Month-to-Month, No Lock-In

There is no twelve-month agreement to sign and no exit fee to escape. You pay for a month at a time and can stop before the next billing date. A contract that traps you is a substitute for doing good work, so we do not use one. In practice it means we have to justify the retainer in every single monthly report.

GST Applies on Top

Every figure on this page is exclusive of tax. GST at the prevailing rate, currently 18 percent, is added to the retainer on your invoice. If you are GST-registered you can normally claim it as input credit, so the effective cost to your business stays at the base figure. We raise a proper GST invoice each month with our GSTIN on it.

Scoping

What Pushes Your Price Up or Down

Two businesses on the same plan name can pay very different fees. These are the four variables that move the number, and they are what we ask about first.

Number of channels

  • Each extra channel brings its own research, build, creative, and weekly management time
  • One channel run well beats three run thinly — we will say so if your budget is stretched
  • Channels that share assets, such as SEO content feeding social, cost less together than apart
  • Dropping a channel mid-engagement reduces the very next month's fee, not the one after

Content volume

  • Writing, design, and editing are the largest hands-on cost inside most retainers
  • Four blog posts a month is a different fee from twelve, even on identical channels
  • Video, motion creatives, and product photography scale the number faster than text does
  • If you have an in-house writer or designer, we brief them instead and the fee comes down

Number of locations or products

  • Each branch needs its own Google Business Profile, local page, reviews, and geo-targeting
  • Campaigns are built and reported per location, so five cities is close to five builds
  • Large product catalogues need feed management and a shopping campaign structure
  • A single-location service business sits at the bottom of every range on this page

How competitive your category is

  • Real estate, education, healthcare, and finance in metro cities cost more to compete in
  • Competitive search terms need more content and stronger pages before rankings move
  • Higher cost-per-click means more budget management and tighter negative keyword work
  • A niche B2B category with low search volume is usually cheaper to win but slower to scale
Included vs Add-On

What Every Plan Includes, and What Is Quoted Separately

The line between retainer and add-on is agreed before you start, so nothing appears on an invoice that you did not approve.

In every plan

Always Included

  • Conversion tracking setup and ongoing verification
  • A monthly report tying every channel back to enquiries
  • Full admin ownership of every account, held in your name
  • Strategy and channel recommendations, revisited each quarter
  • Email support with replies inside one business day

Scales with plan

Sized to Your Tier

  • How many channels we actively run for you
  • Content pieces and social creatives produced per month
  • Optimisation frequency — monthly, fortnightly, or weekly
  • Reporting depth, from a monthly PDF to a live dashboard
  • Whether you have a shared team or a dedicated strategist

Quoted separately

Add-Ons

  • A new website or a full redesign, scoped as a project
  • Video production, shoots, and professional photography
  • Influencer fees, sponsorships, and paid PR placements
  • Marketplace advertising, such as Amazon or Flipkart
  • Paid tools and licences, bought in your name at cost

Never on our invoice

Not Ours to Bill

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads spend — paid by you, to them
  • Hosting, domain renewals, and SSL certificates
  • Your CRM, email platform, or call-tracking subscriptions
  • Any media markup or commission on spend — we take none
  • Setup or onboarding fees — the first month covers it

Custom Scope

If None of the Three Fit, We Build a Scope That Does

Plenty of businesses do not land neatly on a tier. You might need heavy SEO and no ads at all, a three-month launch push for a single project, a retainer split across eight branches, or a low-touch arrangement where we manage the ad account while your own team writes the content. All of that is normal, and all of it is priced from the same four inputs — channels, content volume, locations, and competitiveness — rather than from a menu we are trying to sell you up.

We will also tell you when a smaller scope is the right answer. If your website cannot convert the traffic it already has, spending more on ads first is a waste, and we would rather fix that than take a bigger retainer.

Pricing FAQ

Billing Questions, Answered Plainly

How does billing actually work?

We invoice the management retainer at the start of each month, before the work for that month is done. Payment is by bank transfer or UPI, due within seven days. GST at 18% is added on top of every retainer figure shown on this page. Your ad spend is not on our invoice at all — you pay Google and Meta directly from your own card or account.

Is the advertising budget included in these prices?

No. Every figure on this page is the fee for our work — strategy, setup, campaign management, content, and reporting. The money that actually buys clicks and impressions is separate and goes straight to Google and Meta from your own billing account. We recommend a budget during the free review and manage it, but it never passes through us.

Is there a minimum ad budget I need?

For most Indian SMBs running Google Search or Meta ads, we suggest starting at roughly ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 a month in spend so there is enough data to optimise within a few weeks. Competitive categories such as real estate, education, and healthcare in metro cities usually need more. If your budget is below that, we will often suggest starting with SEO or local SEO instead of paid ads, and we will say so plainly.

Am I locked into a contract, and how do I cancel?

Engagements are month-to-month. There is no twelve-month tie-in and no exit penalty. Give us notice before your next billing date and the engagement simply ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. We hand back full admin access to every account, plus your reports and assets, within five working days. Nothing is held hostage.

What is not included in these plans?

Ad spend, third-party software licences, stock photography, paid influencer fees, and professional video shoots are not included. Full website design and development is a separate scoped project, not part of a retainer, although landing pages and on-page fixes are included where the plan says so. If something falls outside scope we quote it separately before any work starts.
