A Marketing Agency Built Around One Question: Did It Sell Anything?
We run SEO, paid ads, social media, and content for Indian small and mid-sized businesses — and we report on the number of enquiries and the cost of getting them, because that is the number the owner actually cares about.

Too Many Owners Pay for Marketing They Cannot Read
Talk to almost any Indian business owner who has hired a digital agency and you hear a version of the same story. A report lands at the start of the month. It is full of impressions, reach, followers, and a graph that goes up. Nowhere on it is the number of people who called, filled in a form, or walked into the shop. When the owner asks whether the spend is working, nobody can answer without guessing.
That gap is not always dishonesty. Impressions are easy to pull from a dashboard; a lead count requires conversion tracking to be set up properly, calls to be attributed, and someone to reconcile what the sales team actually received. It is more work, and it exposes the months that went badly. We built this agency around doing that work anyway, because a marketing budget that cannot be audited is a marketing budget that eventually gets cut.

Four Rules We Run Every Account By
These are not slogans on a wall. Each one changes something concrete about how the work is planned, delivered, and billed.
Start From the Revenue Goal, Then Work Backwards
Before we pick a keyword or write an ad, we ask what a customer is worth to you and how many more you want each month. That target sets the sensible cost per lead, which sets the budget, which decides whether search ads, SEO, or social is the right first move. Agencies that skip this step end up optimising whatever their dashboard happens to measure.
One Team Across Every Channel
Search, paid, social, and content are handled by the same people, working from one plan and one set of numbers. The search terms that convert feed the ad copy. The questions that come in through social become blog topics. Nothing has to be explained twice to a second vendor, and no channel gets to claim credit for a lead that another one earned.
Month-to-Month, So the Renewal Is Earned
Long contracts protect the agency, not the client. Ours run month to month with a short notice period, which means every month has to be worth paying for on its own merits. It also changes our incentives: we would rather tell you in month two that a channel is not working than quietly ride out a twelve-month term hoping you do not check.
Reporting in Plain Language
Our monthly report opens with how many enquiries arrived, where they came from, and what each one cost. Technical detail sits behind that for anyone who wants it, but the first page should make sense to a business owner, an accountant, or a sales head with no marketing background. If you need a glossary to read your own report, the report has failed.

Small Team, Direct Contact, Weekly Hands on the Account
You talk to the people doing the work. There is no account manager relaying questions to a delivery team you never meet, and no layer that exists only to keep you at arm's length from the specialists. When you ask why cost per lead moved last week, you get the answer from whoever was in the ad account.
Work is delivered remotely, which is how we can take on businesses in cities where there is no local agency worth hiring. Campaigns get touched weekly, not left to run on autopilot until the report is due. We share the tracking and ad accounts we build with you from day one, so nothing about your own marketing is locked behind our login.
Talk to us about your businessMarketing in India Is Not Marketing Translated Into India
Playbooks written for other markets quietly assume things that are not true here. These are the differences that change what we actually do.
Regional Language and Transliterated Search
A large share of searches in India are not typed in clean English. People search in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil and more, and just as often in Roman-script transliteration — the same intent spelled five different ways. Keyword research that only looks at the English phrase misses most of the demand, and ad copy that ignores how people actually phrase things wins the click but not the enquiry.
Festival and Seasonal Calendars
Demand in most Indian categories moves with the calendar, not with a flat quarterly plan. Diwali, the wedding seasons, the academic admissions cycle, the financial year end, the monsoon — each one lifts or flattens a different industry, and the dates shift year to year. We plan budgets around those peaks instead of spreading spend evenly and wondering why October performed differently from July.
How People Actually Buy Here
Price comparison is aggressive, cash on delivery is still expected in plenty of categories, and for anything considered the buyer will call before they commit — often to two or three businesses in a row. Mobile is the default and connections are not always good. That shapes everything from page weight and form length to whether a phone number belongs above the fold.
WhatsApp Is a Sales Channel, Not a Novelty
For a lot of Indian SMBs, more enquiries arrive on WhatsApp than through any web form. If those conversations are invisible to your reporting, the channel that drives them looks like it is failing. We treat WhatsApp as a tracked entry point — click-to-chat links tagged by source, so a message can be traced back to the ad or page that caused it.
What a Month With Us Looks Like
Week One — Plan Set and Agreed
We confirm the month's priorities against the goal: which keywords, which campaigns, what content, what is being tested. You see the plan before work starts, not after.
Every Week — Hands on the Accounts
Search terms reviewed and negatives added, bids and budgets adjusted, underperforming creative swapped, technical SEO issues fixed as they appear. Small corrections weekly beat one big reshuffle a month.
Ongoing — Leads Checked, Not Just Counted
We look at what came in, not only how many. Wrong-fit enquiries tell us a targeting or messaging problem exists long before the monthly numbers would show it.
Month End — One Report, One Conversation
Enquiries by channel, cost per enquiry, what we changed and why, what did not work, and what we recommend next month. Then a call to talk it through and decide together where the budget goes.
Who We Are Right For — and Who We Are Not
A bad-fit engagement wastes your money and our time. We would rather say so on this page than three months in.
We Are a Good Fit If
- You are an established small or mid-sized business with something that already sells, and you want more of it
- You can say roughly what a customer is worth to you, or you are willing to work it out with us
- Someone on your side answers enquiries quickly — marketing cannot fix a lead that sits unanswered for two days
- You want one team accountable for every channel rather than three vendors pointing at each other
- You would rather hear an uncomfortable number early than a comfortable story for a year
- You have a realistic monthly budget for both our fees and the ad spend that sits on top of them
We Are Not a Good Fit If
- You need guaranteed rankings or a promised number of leads — nobody controls Google's or Meta's algorithms, and anyone who guarantees otherwise is selling you something
- You want results inside two weeks from organic search — SEO is a three to six month proposition, and paid ads are the honest answer for immediate volume
- The budget only stretches to fees with nothing left for ad spend, or to spend with nothing left to manage it properly
- You want volume of posts and articles as the deliverable, regardless of whether they produce enquiries
- Nobody internally has time to approve copy, give product input, or follow up on the leads we generate
- You are looking for the cheapest quote in the market — we are not it, and at the bottom of that market you get automated posting and a template report
Not sure which side you fall on? Say so when you get in touch. If we do not think we can help, we will tell you on the first call rather than sell you a retainer.
